How do I make my booking?
You will need to place the deposit online via our website to reserve a vacancy. While the balance payment will only need to be made on the second session of the massage.

How to activate the service?
You may give us a call once you're delivered to activate the service, our customer service team will be arranging the schedule with you.

The therapist is Malay or
Chinese?
We do have Malay and Chinese therapists, all for them are local Singaporean.

Who is our therapist?
We have a pool of 70 over certified massage therapists. All our therapists have been practicing with prenatal and postnatal massage for at least 2 years of experience.

Am I able to choose therapist?
All our therapists are assigned based on their area, you may let us know your prefer therapist, we are able to check her availability on your area.

Do you provide portable bed?
You can add on the bed with additional charges. However, we do have a premium and slimming package already included with massage bed

Can I have my massage on the
floor?
Yes, we can arrange it for you. However, we will advise doing it on the bed for mummy's convenience.

When to make the balance
payment?
The balance payment will be on the second session by bank transfer or PAYNOW to our company.

If I don’t like the therapist
can I change? Any charges?
We will be able to have free replacement for the therapist if the event you are not satisfied with the assigned therapist, but do allow 1-2 days for our customer service team to check on the therapist schedule and get back to you regarding the arrangement.

Does your service be
conducted on weekends too?
So sorry as the massage will be done daily but on weekdays only except on weekends and public holidays.

Once I signed up , was there
a guaranteed therapist for me?
Rest assured as we will find for you the earliest slot for you once delivered according to your mode of delivery.

service not provided?
Sentosa, Tuas, Marina Bay, hospitals, confinement centers, hotels, serviced apartments.

Can I extend my massager
service?
Yes, of course. The extension of your packages will be pro-rated based on the original package that you have signed up.

Is it necessary to take a
shower before the massage?
Yes, we often suggest our clients to take a shower before the massage due to hygienic reasons and to prevent your body from getting rashes.

Can PNSG provide towels for
the massage session?
Unfortunately no, it would be better to allow us to use your towels due to hygienic purposes.

Why do we need 2 big
towels and 2 small towels for the massage?
Two of the big towels are used as the cover sheet for your mattress or the bed during the massage. While one of the small towel is to cover your breast area during massage, and the other one is to clean the excess oil from your body after the massage.
