1. Fee Payment
1.1. For Combined Package, in consideration of the services to be provided by the PNSG and Tian Wei Signature, the Client shall pay the following package fees as per below:
1.1.1. Total package fee of $2626 shall be paid to both agencies for the service rendered in the following manner:
1.1.1.1. A deposit (non-refundable) of $200 will be paid to Tian Wei Signature and $100 shall be paid to PNSG in full upon confirmation of the booking.
1.1.1.2. The balance of the payment ($838) is payable via bank transfer on the 1st session of massage service to PNSG and $1488 is payable to Tian Wei Signature via bank transfer on the first day of delivery.
1.2. For 10 Sessions Postnatal Massage, in consideration of the services to be provided by PNSG, the Client shall pay the following package fee as per below:
1.2.1. A deposit (non-refundable) of $100 shall be paid to PNSG in full upon confirmation of the booking.
1.2.2. The balance payment is payable via bank transfer on the 1st session of massage service to PNSG. We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not paid on time.
1.2.3. The amount of the deposit mentioned in 1.2.1. and balance payment mentioned 1.2.2. is as follow:

2. Appointment of Services
2.1. The Client hereby appoints Postnatal Massage Singapore Pte Ltd (PNSG) to secure the services of a Massage Therapist (MT) for a contract of services in compliance with the terms and conditions below.
2.2. The period of this contract of services shall be effective from the date of signature of this agreement by all parties to the last session of the services provided.
3. Duration of Postnatal Massage Services Provided
3.1. Postnatal massage sessions will be scheduled a session a day and on consecutive days upon the commencement of the first massage session. Do take note that no massage session will be conducted on weekends and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Postnatal massage services will commence as per below:
3.2.1. Postnatal massage services will commence any time after 5 days from the delivery date in the event whereby the delivery mode of the Client is a normal delivery.
3.2.2. Postnatal massage services will commence any time after 21 days from the delivery date in the event whereby the Client has to undergo a caesarean delivery.
3.3. Upon admission to the hospital, the Client is required to send an SMS / WhatsApp to PNSG at 8338 4587 in order for us to have the MT on standby.

4. Extension
4.1. Extension of Postnatal massage services is subject to PNSG’s approval.
4.2. Fees payable for the extension is as per below:
4.2.1. For an extension of services, each session will be based on a pro-rated amount of the selected package excluding any promotions or discounts.
5. Validity of Service
5.1. Service must be utilised within 6 months from the EDD of the Client.
5.1.1. Failure to utilise service within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of deposit.
6. Termination and Refund
6.1. If the Client intends to terminate this agreement under any circumstances, he/she has to inform PNSG in writing. Refund or payment required as per below:

6.2 In the event the service cannot be applied to the Client due to uncontrollable external circumstances and/or following government orders, PNSG will apply the following:

7. Freebies
7.1. The freebies are to be delivered after the first 3 days of the commencement of services unless stated or informed otherwise.
7.1.1. Failure to receive the freebies when delivered would result in forfeiture of the item.
7.1.2. Termination and refund of the service will result in a freebies penalty from PNSG, based on the amount mentioned in section 7.2.
7.2. The amount of the freebies penalty are as follow:
7.2.1. Freebies penalty for Combined Package is $100.00.
7.2.2. Freebies penalty for 10 Sessions Postnatal Massage is $40.00.
7.3. The quantities of all freebies are limited and only available while stocks last. PNSG reserves the rights to change the freebies item without prior notice.
8. Waiver of Liability
8.1 The Client wishes to utilise the service and facilities of PNSG and the Client hereby absolutely and irrecoverably releases PNSG, its employees, representatives, agents or assignees from any claims, legal or otherwise, from accidents, injuries, outcome, or losses that may occur as a result of the Client’s participation in any treatments. The Client acknowledges that the Client has read the Waiver of Liability carefully and understood its meaning and the Client is voluntarily releasing the above named parties from all liabilities arising out of the Client’s utilisation of any treatments.

9. Service Activation
9.1. Clients are required to contact us at 6727 5599 one day in advance, between 9AM to 3PM for the activation of service.
10. Tian Wei Signature Freebies
10.1. The freebies are to be delivered after the first 3 days of service commencement unless stated or informed otherwise.
10.1.1. Failure to receive the freebies when delivered would result in forfeiture of the item.
10.1.2. Termination, cancellation and refund of the service will result in a Freebies Penalty of $100 from Tian Wei Signature.
10.2. The quantities of all freebies are limited and only available while stocks last. Tian Wei Signature reserves the rights to change the freebies item without prior notice.
11. Services
11.1. Termination of Services
11.1.1 Deposit is non-refundable, and the balance payment will be pro-rated according to the number of meals that have been delivered. Admin Charge of $50 with Freebies Penalty of $100 will be charged upon service termination.
11.1.2 In the event that the Client intends to terminate this agreement due to medical reasons (with doctor’s certification), a full refund will be issued, excluding the Admin Fee charge of $50.
11.2. Service Downgrade
11.2.1 Prior to Service Commencement
Revert to original package price without Early Bird Promotion & Admin Fee charges of $50
11.2.2 After Service Commencement
Revert to original package price without any Promotion & Admin Fee charges of $50 with $100 freebies penalty.
11.3. Service Upgrade
11.3.1. Upgrade two (2) days prior to service commencement with FULL payment made on the same day.
11.4. Service Reservation
11.4.1 This order reservation is only valid up to 4 months after the Client/ Client’s spouse estimated the date of delivery (EDD), after which it is deemed as void and cancelled.
11.5. Transfer Service
11.5.1 Once the booking of the service has been made the service is non-transferable to any other third party beside that client who made the booking.
12. Promotions
12.1. All packages cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
13. Cancellation
13.1. There will be no refunds & replacements for a last-minute cancellation.
13.2. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation of services. If the freebies have been delivered to the Client, a Freebies Penalty of $100 will be charged upon service cancellation.
13.3. Client must call us one WORKING day in advance, before 3PM to notify about the cancellation (of both Service & Meals).
14. Extension
14.1. Extension of services will be revised & recalculated according to the package price.
14.2. Payment must be made in FULL two (2) days prior to service extension.
15. Delivery Arrangement
15.1. Lunch 10AM – 1PM, Dinner 4PM - 7PM
15.2. $4 surcharge applies for every delivery trip within CBD areas.
16. Service Disruption
16.1. Applicable to Christmas Day, New Year's Day (1st January), Eve of Chinese New Year and First two days of Chinese New Year. All meals will be replaced in lieu of any service disruption.
17. Menu Changes
17.1. The menu may vary without prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal nature and market fluctuation of the ingredients.
18. Thermal Bags
18.1. Please be reminded that the thermal bags are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis. For every thermal bag that is misplaced or damaged, there will be a charge of $5 imposed per thermal bag.
