When should I make my
booking
for Postnatal massage?
Mummies can make their booking as early as 3 months before their EDD. We do advise our clients to make the booking at least 1 month before their EDD as there are limited slots and it is based on first come first serve basis.

How do I make my booking?
You will need to place the deposit online via our website to reserve a vacancy. While the balance payment will only need to be made on the second session of the massage.

How much is the booking
deposit ?
Postnatal Massage Package:
- $188 for 7 sessions
- $198 for 10 sessions
Prenatal Massage Package:
- $130 for 3 sessions
- $160 for 5 sessions
Premium Massage Package:
- $238 for 10 sessions
Slimming & Relaxation Massage:
- $188 for 5 sessions

How do I activate my massage
service?
We understand that your actual delivery date may not be predictable, and the possibility of last minute delivery. However, we would ensure your slot and always have a massage therapist standby for you after you have made your booking with us.
You can just drop us a SMS or a call us at +65 6417 9690 upon admission to the hospital, this allows us to have your massage therapist to be on standby. Your commencement date of services will be further arranged along with your available schedule.
The suggested commencement date of the massage varies to different delivery methods:
- Natural birth – 5 to 7 days after
- Caesarean Birth – 21 days after

Who is our therapist?
We have a pool of 70 over certified massage therapists. And all our therapists are local Singaporean Malay and Chinese in conducting massage. All our therapists have been practicing with prenatal and postnatal massage for at least 2 years of experience.

What will happen if my
therapist does not suit me?
No worries, you can drop us a call one day in advance to let us know and we would arrange a replacement therapist for you without any additional charges.

Can I extend my massage
service?
Yes, of course. The extension of your packages will be pro-rated based on the original package that you have signed up.

Is it necessary to take a
shower before the massage?
Yes, we often suggest our clients to take a shower before the massage due to hygienic reasons and to prevent your body from getting rashes.

Can I appoint any specific
therapist?
It will be difficult to appoint any specific therapist as because our therapist are assigned based on the location, they are usually serving clients in their specific assigned region. It will depend on their willingness if you wish to appoint for the specific therapist. The client will also need to follow their available slots.

It’s been months after I
gave birth, is it too late to go for a
Postnatal Massage?
It is advisable to commence as soon after the delivery, within the first 3 months. Up till 6 months after delivery, are still the most effective period to help you to loosen abdominal muscles, body postures, womb structure and supporting your joints. Postnatal Massage will then be effective in the recovery process and rejuvenating your body.

Why should the massage be
performed on consecutive days?
The massage sessions are advised to be done on consecutive days because this way allows you to see effective changes to your body, for example, by having a consecutive session of 3 to 4 days straight per week can effectively see the changes such as getting back into shape, reduced engorgement and smooth womb recovery.

Do you provide trial
session?
Yes, the first session of your Prenatal Massage Package, Postnatal Massage Package and Premium Massage Package is considered a trial session, which allows you to cancel in case you are not satisfied or do not feel comfortable. Upon cancelling your Premium Massage Package, only $158 will be deducted from the deposit paid. Meanwhile, upon cancelling your Prenatal Massage Package or Postnatal Massage Package, only $98 will be deducted from the deposit paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to you via bank transfer. The trial session is not available for the Slimming & Relaxation Massage Package and the 1-Session Prenatal Massage.

Can PNSG provide towels for
the massage session?
Unfortunately no, it would be better to allow us to use your towels due to hygienic purposes.

What is the difference
between your binder as compared to
Velcro binder?
Our binder are specially customized to straighten your body postures and to provide effective slimming effects to your body. It will be able to tighten your abdominal muscle to reshape it. The fabric would be thicker as compared to Velcro binder, however, it is soft and comfortable. With the binder kept on, can also prevent wind from entering your body during your confinement.

How long should I keep the
binder on?
The recommended time is to keep it on for at least 6 to 8 hours per day throughout your course of treatment. The binder can effectively help you in improving your body posture and to also gradually reshape it back to your desired body.

Why do we need 2 big
towels and 2 small towels for the massage?
Two of the big towels are used as the cover sheet for your mattress or the bed during the massage. While one of the small towel is to cover your breast area during massage, and the other one is to clean the excess oil from your body after the massage.

How many days in advance
will the massage bed be sent to my
house?
The bed will be sent to your place around 1-3 days in advance before the day your massage service commences.

When can I book the
massage bed?
We would suggest you to book the bed with us for your sessions about 1 to 2 months before your EDD as our bed stock is pretty limited.

How will the massage bed
get delivered to my place?
Our friendly driver will send the bed down to your place 1-3 days before the day your massage service commences.

Who will set up the
massage bed for my sessions?
No worries, our massage therapist will set it up for you before your massage starts and fold it back after the session ends!

Will the massage bed be
reused for other clients?
Yes, however, rest assured that our team will properly clean the bed after all your sessions. Each bed will be sanitised to ensure good hygiene after each of your own sessions as well as before being delivered to different clients. Not to mention, a bed sheet protector will be used throughout all massage sessions.

How do you clean the bed?
After every massage session, we will clean the bed by using antibacterial wipes to maintain good hygiene and remove any oil residue, if any.

Is there any protection
layer on the bed?
Yes, we provide a clean bed sheet protector which will be placed on the bed prior to starting your massage. You may also need to prepare 2 big and 2 small towels to be laid over the protection layer as well as to cover your body. 🙂

bed?

Do your therapists do ART test?
Our therapists do ART test once a week. Additionally, any of our therapists who receive a HRN or is notified to have been in close contact with someone who tested positive will undergo a test immediately.

How many clients does a
therapist serve in a day?
Our therapist serves a maximum of 5 clients per day.

Is your service available
in Sentosa and Tuas area?
We are sorry, due to transportation limitations, our service is not available in Sentosa and Tuas at the moment.
